Ashleigh Gann was an invaluable resource and guide as my husband and I purchased a home for the first time in over 30 years. She explained the process in simple terms every step of the way and responded to our constant texts and emails promptly, all the while doing so with a cheerful attitude. She never made us feel uninformed or ignorant, which in the case of the latter, we were at times. We admired her dedication and were so grateful for her knowledge, professionalism and patience as we navigated the process. If you’re looking for a mortgage loan officer who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, then Ashleigh is the one you need.
